Objects that require sealing most often

To ensure the safety of valuables, protect premises and facilities against unauthorized access, and prevent theft of electricity, water, gas, etc. - these are the main reasons why seals and their security mechanisms were invented and have been improved for decades on a daily basis. First of all, modern seals are used in cases where it is impossible to track an object during transportation. Or if the object is being installed at the customer's premises and free access to it is restricted. Unfortunately, the crime situation in the world remains challenging. Currently, seals are nearly the only way to protect property if it is not guarded by special services.
Depending on the purposes and objects of sealing, the seals are used:
- on metering devices - a seal for water, light, gas, electricity meters;
- on movable objects - a seal on the container, a seal on the vehicle, seals for bags;
- on real estate objects - seals for sealing warehouses, offices, and other premises, for automated equipment, for devices that undergo periodic metrological verification, etc
All seals that are installed on objects are intended for single-use and feature several levels of protection against counterfeiting.
Rotor seals are used on objects that have eyelets. This product is protected against counterfeiting due to laser marking on several elements and a design that cannot be tampered with without damage. The protective indicator is fixed on the device as tightly as possible and, once latched, its removal is impossible without damaging it. The scope of its application is very extensive. It is installed on electricity meters, gas meters, water meters, fire extinguishers, office doors, containers, safes, elements of ATMs or cash-deposit machines, cash-delivery bags, fuel systems, vehicles, and warehouses.

Plastic seals that are mostly used for meters are made either of wear-resistant polycarbonate or high-quality polypropylene or polyethylene. Like rotary, plastic control tools reliably protect objects from unauthorized tampering. First of all, this is achieved through a sophisticated design that provides protection against tampering.
Stickers are made of specially treated material with an adhesive substance applied on it. They are used to protect against unauthorized access to premises, containers, crates, a variety of sensors, and reservoirs. It is protected from counterfeiting by wear-resistant markings and a hidden inscription "opened", which appears when an attempt is made to remove the indicator from the sealed object.
It is recommended to choose the type of seals suitable in each case with the assistance of sales representatives of the manufacturing company - they will take into account all the peculiarities of the object. Please contact the Clixar sales manager via [email protected].
